We use age at the event start date. Under 6 stays free, 6 to 11 child rate, 12+ adult rate. We capture every guest date of birth at checkout to apply this automatically.

Pay in full and save 5%, or pay a 25% deposit today plus three equal instalments charged automatically on the due dates.

No - your booking reference stays the same forever. Every instalment, every email, every check-in uses the same reference.

We retry automatically up to 3 times, then email you to update your card. Your room is held while you sort it out.

Full refund up to 90 days before the event. 50% refund from 89 to 30 days. No refund within 30 days.

Fly to Antalya (AYT). It is a 90-minute drive to the resort. Add our private return transfer at checkout, or arrange your own taxi.

UK and most EU passport holders get visa-free entry for 90 days. Check gov.uk for the latest guidance.
