Room bookings and cancellations

All room bookings for the Light Upon Light Global Retreat in Türkiye are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, no cancellations, refunds or exchanges will be permitted for any reason, including unforeseen circumstances.

Please note: flights, visas and airport transfers are not included in the retreat package price.

Payment plans and instalments

For participants who opt for the instalment payment plan, the following conditions apply:

• Timely payments. All instalment payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.
• Missed or late payments. Failure to make payments on time may result in the loss of your deposit and any fees already paid toward the booking.
• Cancellation of booking. In the event of non-payment, the organisers reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund.

Participant responsibility

It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they adhere to the payment schedule, and that they are aware of the non-refundable nature of the booking.

Activities and additional costs

Certain activities offered during the retreat may come at an additional cost. Participants are responsible for covering these costs if they choose to take part in these activities.

Meals and dietary requirements

All meals are included in the retreat package. However, we cannot guarantee the accommodation of specific dietary requirements. Participants with dietary restrictions are advised to take the necessary precautions. The organisers and the venue are not liable for any health issues that may arise due to dietary restrictions, or due to the consumption of meals provided during the retreat.

Personal belongings

The organisers and the venue are not liable for the loss, theft or damage of any personal items or valuables during the retreat. Participants are encouraged to take care of their belongings and to use secure storage where available.

Force majeure

In the event of unexpected circumstances beyond the control of the organisers (such as natural disasters, political instability or other force majeure events), the retreat may be rescheduled or modified. This does not alter the non-refundable status of the booking.

Agreement to terms

By completing your booking you agree to these terms and conditions, and acknowledge your understanding of the policies regarding non-refundable payments, instalment plans, additional costs and liability disclaimers.

Filming and photography

Please note that filming and photography will take place during the event for promotional and archival purposes. If you prefer not to appear in any recordings or photographs, kindly inform a member of our team upon arrival so that we can accommodate your request.
